TwitterはiOSとAndroidアプリの両方で、タイムラインの画像をフルサイズで表示する実験を開始したことを明らかにしました。
タイムラインにフルサイズ画像を表示する実験
Twitterは公式アカウントに、投稿画像をタイムラインにおいてフルサイズで表示する実験を始めたと投稿しました。
現在、iOSおよびAndroidのTwitterアプリのタイムラインでは、16対9の比率になっていない画像については、部分的にしか表示されません。画像全体を見たい場合は、その投稿をタップする必要があります。
最初から画像がフルサイズ表示されていればタップ不要となるので、一部のユーザーにとっては確実に投稿チェックの時間が短縮されます。

4K画像投稿の実験も開始
Twitterはまた、フルサイズ画像表示とは別に、iOSおよびAndroidアプリにおいて、4K画像のアップロード実験も開始したと発表しています。
