Googleは現地時間5月12日、開発者向けイベント「The Android Show: I/O Edition」で次期OS「Android 17」の新機能を発表した。柱は「Gemini Intelligence」と銘打ったAI機能群で、Googleは「Androidはもはやオペレーティングシステムではなく、インテリジェンスシステムだ」とそのコンセプトを打ち出している。
