讃岐うどんの「丸亀製麺」、富士通の「AI需要予測サービス」で発注や仕込み量の最適化へ

富士通は2月2日、同社が開発した「AI需要予測サービス」について、トリドールホールディングス（トリドールHD）が運営する讃岐うどん専門店「丸亀製麺」（国内全823店舗）で採用されたと発表した。
