携帯電話契約時の本人確認において「マイナンバーカード必須」というニュースが盛り上がっている。一部で「マイナンバーカード所有は義務ではなかったはずだが、携帯電話の契約で実質、所有を強要されるのはおかしい」と反発の声が上がっているのだ。
